I'm trying to build an SMP 2.0.36 kernel... well, that part works, but building pcmcia-cs 3.0.6 with SMP is not working. i82365.c complains that SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED is undefined, and for good cause - the kernel doesn't define it anywhere.
