Because I don't do `grep gets' and the like on every package I snag
off the net.

The rare ones I do that for get promoted to /usr/bin, usually via some
sort of /etc/alternatives mechanism, although sometimes I make a local
.deb for them.  This solution isn't optimal but it's quite good enough
for me since its fairly rare.  I don't want packages I haven't source
reviewed running with root privileges unless I say so explicitly.
