Hi every body Using the command "# mount /cdrom" after installing S.u.S.E Linux 5.3 for the first was failed to mount the CD. and this is the system reply : mount: can't find /cdrom in /etc/mtab or /etc/fstab However this CD was not on a S.u.S.E distribution and I became root when I did that. then I tried this: "# grep cdrom /etc/fstab" and this is the system reply for the second time: #/dev/hdc /cdrom iso9660 ro,noauto,user 0 0 then I do not know what to do? Actually I'm a beginner in linux enviroment and I want to mount the CD-ROM as any user or to access the CD-ROM resources any where and when ever the my study reqires.
