why not just use the 3.0.3/3.0.5 (depending on TL 2.0 or 3.0) that comes
with TL?  Or do you specifically  need something that's libc5?  Better
yet, use TL and statically link a 3.0.[35] cardmgr, then it (should) work
on the libc5 system...
