In my previous message I wrote :
I'm a new user running S.u.S.E Linux 5.3, I want to create fdisk ( fips/5C
or fips15C ),
for partitioning........

Hi all
Sorry for the ambiguity caused by my previous message;
Actually I want to create fdisks or fibs from the machine which is now running S.u.S.E Linux 5.3 to use them for partitioning a new Compaq PRESARIO 4190 ( Intel inside ) machine with Win95 as the only operating system running on drive C:\..... no other partions were available in this machine.

By the way last tlug meeting one programmer said to me that, it was possible to create the fibs from the S.u.S.E Linux 5.3 CD-ROMs which I already had.
When I came home I failed even to mount the CD-ROM on the desk top, thus the problem begins though some colleagues did give a help.

The clarified illustrations given by the group members has been highly appreciated but no one up to now give some instructions about how to create the fibs or fdisk from the the running S.u.S.E Linux 5.3 system?.
Thank you
