If you have a lot of RAM in your machine, Netscape Composer is an
*excellent* HTML editor.  i wrote the TL 2.0 Manual with it, actually :) I
was quite impressed with its WYSIWYG features, and I could generate really
nice HTML with very little effort.  It's a RAM hog though - worse than
Navigator.
