tlug: Muriyari Netscape w/proxy cache?

I'm just had a troll through the menus of Muriyari Netscape,
looking for are means of setting a proxy server.  I know it has
to be there, probably along with some means of turning local
cache on and off, but I can't find it.

Does anyone know how to do this?  Is it a command line option or
something?
