I'm pretty sure dhcpd can be configured to give a specific IP to a
specific MAC address, but I've never done it.  I have done it with BOOTP
(which DHCP was based on).

Looking at the man page for dhcpd it looks like it's doable -- dhcpd
also supports the BOOTP protocol.

Let us know if you get it to work.

I'm not sure how win95 clients do dhcp/bootp.  Sorry.
