(snortgigglechokechoke) Quite a few of our users do "read" newsgroups (alt.binaries groups are popular), and the Japanese newsgroups that are out there do seem fairly well used. I don't know what percentage of our members are reading news, but I know we added several new news servers this year to keep up with things.
