tlug: TLUG server back online

OK, we've had our power upgraded here at PHT, and the TLUG server is now
back on-line.  AND, I can use my American UPSes now - grounded outlets!
yes!

The only bad part is that I found out that one of the UPSes sent from
America is bad.  Fortunately it was the small one that went bad, not the
big one.
