tlug: netscape for IE?

This is weird. Excerpt from the InfoBeat Morning News (which I get at
6:30pm here in Japan :) ):

Later this month, Netscape
will introduce new software that users of Microsoft's Internet
Explorer (IE) browser will be able to download from the Internet. The
software, called Netscape Tuneup for IE, will connect them to many of
Netcenter's services, such as its refined searching services, its
personalized Web pages and its e-mail.
