tlug: TurboLinux gets Nikkei Byte's Editor's Choice Award

Hi,

TurboLinux J has received Nikkei Byte's 1998 Editor's Choice Award.
Nikkei Byte is one of the premier business magazines in Japan and we
feel pretty durned happy about the whole thing.

I don't normally like to blow my own horn (ok, sometimes...), but I
think this signifies something to the Japanese Linux community that is
much bigger than just PHT, so I thought I'd let you all know.
