You can also get the Japanese packages for Communicator 4.03 and 4.04
there.

The Japanese packages for Communicator 4.05 and 4.06 can be found at:

<http://www.bekkoame.or.jp/~egota/NetscapeV.html>

The instructions are also available in Japanese there.  AFAIK the
procedure for applying the Japanese hack is the same for 4.05 and 4.06 as
it is for the earlier versions; the English page just hasn't been updated
recently.
