Does the same thing happen to certain hardware intensive programs
(err... games) as well?  I know Quake 2 never seems to acknowledge 
my dvorak keyboard mapping when run at the console.  Are there 
special German / Japanese / LANG_X  versions that remap the keys 
inside the game, or do all serious gamers know the US keyboard?
