I never find any advantage of such a layout. Perhaps this is similar to NEC PC-9800? And in our company, no Japanese staff use the kana-keys to input Japanese characters. All of them use ROMAN-ji. I switch from computer to computer, so I must confirm what type of keyboard I am using. Does any one know what is the merit layout of jp-kb Yan @ Yokohama --------------------------------------------------------------- Next Meeting: 10 October, 12:30 Tokyo Station Yaesu central gate Next Nomikai: 20 November, 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 --------------------------------------------------------------- Sponsor: PHT, makers of TurboLinux http://www.pht.co.jp
