PHT is proud to present (yet another) Japanese mirror of the Perl CPAN
archives, on ftp.pht.co.jp:/pub/mirrors/perl-cpan.

Use it in Good Health, whatever that means.  

P.S. - is the usage of Win32 Perl equivalent to casting your perls before
sWINe? :)  Almost as fun as casting your negative floats to unsigned.
