tlug: Donations and bank account balance update

I have updated the balance of the TLUG account page to reflect the donations
that were made at the 98-07-17 nomikai.    

Note:  There are a few items on the page without entries in the 'Notes'
column, I will work with Craig to try and fully describe what each entry is
for/from.
