One is a Pentium 166 MMX, the other is a Pentium 90, with 32 meg and 48
meg, respectively.  Mouse performance is exactly the same on both.  The
complete lack of ballistics is probably a bigger sore spot than what
Netscape does to the mouse, since Netscape's effect is only an
intermittent nuisance, not a constant one.
