I'd be happy to expedite this experiment, if possible.  I have a Toshiba
2150CDA (intel 486@example.com; 12 megs ram; 500 megsHD) with Redhat 5.1
installed on it.  If that will serve for your project, I would be happy to
bring it.  We'll need an outlet, though--the battery has long since fried.
And the machine is a veteran of various OS's and even multi-users, so . . .
