Once I tried to send a message explaining how to set log
files in Win95 regarding ppp connection including screen
dumps of the desktop, it didn't get thru. 
So I guessed there was some limit to the size of a file to
send. So high s/n ratio may be accounted by moderation or
policy I don't know.
