tlug: Mozilla and kiosk mode

Probably not kosher to forward from another list, but I thought this
relevant.

I suppose I should break down and read some of the Netscape
documentation. Sigh.

Anybody ever used "kiosk mode"?

It doesn't do that on Windows, either. You need to ask for special security
privileges to open a chromeless window with no titlebar - that's where I think
your example is breaking. You also need to make sure you're setting innerWidth and
innerHeight to screen.width/height.

Agreed - XP parity is important as an overall design goal for Mozilla.-angus
