If you mean the red book from Wrox Press, Methew and Stones, yes,
definitely.  Only shortcoming I saw was in some section, which for the
life of me I can't find right now.  It's some interprocess
communication section, where he didn't have a 2.0 kernel, so it's
briefer than all the others.  I could have sworn it was shared memory,
but I don't see his apology there.  Anyway, a wonderful reference and
tutorial.  Enough examples and description to help a rookie, yet not
so much as to disgust a veteran.  Except for that one mysterious
section which I can't find!
