The new Linux kernels (2.0.33 at least) have a transparent proxy
capability that should be able to handle it - ie, it tries to masquerade
everything by a general mechanism... The TurboLinux 2.0.33 kernels have
this enabled by default. 

PS - if you want to test it out, I'm a big FS98 fan myself... never tried
it online, though.. didn't see much point in that, unless there was some
kind of ATC program that interfaced with it.
