tlug: July Nomikai Date

Hi,
the May nomikai was on the third Friday of May.  If we keep to
this policy, the July nomikai will be on July 17.

     July 1998

Are there any holidays around that date or major events that we should 
know about?  Should we keep to Friday or move it to a Thursday?  Any
other comments?
