Take the whole thing to a computer store that deals in Canon
notebooks (they probably all do, and they probably all
charge the same price, so T-Zone is probably as good as
any), so they can see the battery in case there are model
number differences between here and North America. Or if
that fails, you could have one sent from North America.
Check the prices, too: if that would be cheaper and you're
willing to wait, it might be the way to go.
