tlug: neomagic support works in 3.3.2

I just built XFree86 3.3.2 RPMs for TurboLinux 1.9Beta2... with the
Neomagic patch applied.  Works great on our Lets Note!  I've got 800x600
in 16bpp.  It's not as fast as AcceleratedX-LX, but the price was right :)

The RPMs will work on any version of TurboLinux, and also on Redhat 4.x.
They might work on RH 5, but they're not glibc-linked... you could
probably use them with Slack or Deb, too, if you rpm2cpio them and then
install the servers manually.

Shall I put them on the TLUG FTP area for everyone?
