tlug: footer on mailing list

Hello,
I've put the footer back on the mailing list. I can take it off
again, but I think that the nomikai and meeting times are important
since there are so many new members and the nomikai date is changing
so often. IMHO we get more member participation at the physical
meeting events and therefore have better communication on Linux issues.

Also, there is a one line blurb about Pacific HiTech. I have done
this on my own, without any prompting from Scott or Cliff. Since
PHT is contributing so much to TLUG, I think that a small note for
TurboLinux is appropriate. Of course, the discussions are intended
to be unbiased, so if you use Slackware, RedHat, Debian, Stallion,
or any other distribution, it does not matter.

If there are opinions one way or the other about the footers, we
can change it accordingly. Also, Jim Schweizer is starting to
get eVote to work, so we may be able to have more accurate
voting on issues in the future.

Also, since the digest seems to be working moderately well, I'm
going to close off the one at lists.twics.com pretty soon and
rely on the tlug-digest@example.com one.

Regards,
Craig
