I'm not sure who's coordindating either : ) but I'm heading over to
Scott's place at around 5:30 from Tokyo station on Saturday
with some memory and two hard disks.  I didn't buy a new disk, since
we don't have enough in the kitty yet, but the 2Gb and 1Gb ones 
I have should be OK for a while.

Anyone that wants to come, lets meet at 5:30 at Umegaoka station.
After the install, it's bzzr (substitute appropriate beverage
name here) time!
