Just in case anyone is looking for a Linux-compatible 4x CDR drive - I've found one. The Yamaha CDR-400t. You need cdrecord 1.5 to use it (freely available on sunsite). What's really interesting is that the CDR manual says that you need to use it with an Adaptec 2940 SCSI card, although that might just be a marketing agreement w/ Adaptec :) -------------------------------------------------- Scott M.
