That means when you did the install on your desktop to get the
OS onto the HDD you simply used the disk parameters given by the
manufacturer ( or probed by the BIOS ) and it just worked fine.
Good ! That was EXACTLY what I wanted to know. Thank you very
much. Takes a few headaches away :-))))
