Sounds like a nice place to live :-)  Actually, I love Gifu, especially
Gujo-Hachiman.  What a great place to run a small ISP that would be!

Fujisawa is also connected to the Internet.  I was talking to someone who
lived there, and she told me Fujisawa residents can sign up for dial-up
access for 6,000 yen per year.  No wonder we don't have an access point
there :-)
