tlug: 64K ISDN connect on Linux

We have a member who is trying to connect to us on 64K ISDN using Linux and
an Aiwa AD-1280 TA/DSU.  Attempts to get a synchronous 64K connection result
in either complete failure or in about 50% packet loss.  Attempts to connect
at 57.6K async result in a reliable connection, but at only 38.4K async.

Like most other ISPs we have no Linux support, but I hope to get some
established, so maybe this marks a beginning.  Thanks for any ideas!
