Hi, It's the first time for me that I write an e-mail to this mailing list. I deal with Linux system, but I'm not an expert. I bought a laptop Canon 5500GX with neomagic chipset (NMG4) and I've been told that Linux doesn't not support such chipset. Anyway, I heart that I can buy some software to make it work at http://www.xig.com (which doesn't not answer, by the way!)... Does anyone could give me a suggestion? regards, -- Domenico Carlucci Office: Department of Physics, Tokyo Institute of Technology 2-12-1 Oh-okayama, Meguro-ku Tokyo 152 fax +81 3 5734 2739 Home: Aloha Court 101 1-11-3 Minami-Senzoku Ota-ku, Tokyo 145 --------------------------------------------------------------- Next Saturday Meeting: 14 February 1998 12:30 Tokyo Station Yaesu Chuo ticket gate. --------------------------------------------------------------- a word from the sponsor: TWICS - Japan's First Public-Access Internet System www.twics.com info@example.com Tel:03-3351-5977 Fax:03-3353-6096
