I just installed the Debian "imap4" package to get IMAP services. Docs were limited to a 25-line man page and /usr/doc/imap-4/{changelogDebian.gz,copyright}. Is that really all there is? (Of course, I've downloaded the relevant RFCs, there are about a dozen, from ftp://ftp.lab.kdd.co.jp/rfc/. But one would think a sample implementation would come with sample docs....)
