tlug: IPC Serial Pinouts

Folks,

Here are the pinouts for the serial ports on the IPC. Note that
*synchronous* comms will only work on port A, but A & B are both
   fully functional in asynchronous mode.

                o o o
                8 7 6 1 - DTR
                                                   2 - CTS
                                                   3 - TD
        o o o 4 - GND
        5 4 3 5 - RD
                                                   6 - RTS
                                                   7 - DCD
                                                   8 - RC
                o o
                2 1

Note that if there is no keyboard plugged in, the system will
automatically use port-A as the console device, with power-on
selftest messages being re-directed there even before the OS
   comes up. It defaults to 9600, no-parity, 8-bits, 1-stop.
