The standard X server for MS Windows was  eXceed from hummingbird
software the last time I looked at a Windows machine, though
this was a while ago.  My wife still uses it and it is awesome.  
I think it is around 100,000 yen.  She is one of the last people
I know still clinging to her legacy Win95/NT systems due to 
her hyper-dependency on Excel. 

Probably the best thing to do is follow the trend, save the
100,000 yen, and turn the Windows box into a Linux X terminal
for free.    ;-)
