Actually due to some buggy CDROM's Debchan is totally unusable. It
broke down with dselect cycling over and over again. A look inside
the CD somewhat suggested that Infomagic made the snapshot when the
"bo" distribution was switching over from XFree86-3.2 to
XFree86-3.3. I remember that xext had version 3.2 and xbase had
version 3.3.

Debian 1.3.1 actually has been through 4 revisions without a minor
version number change. They now put a revision number at the end of
the version number. It is currently Debian-1.3.1.r4.

I'll try to remember to take a CDROM next time I go.

Next TLUG meeting is Saturday Dec. 13, 1997 (possibly Nov. 13?)
