I've only ordered one thing directly from RedHat, and it arrived promptly...
but the poor shipping/customer service does seem to be a recurring theme
in their general mailing list.

You can actually find RedHat's software cheaper in Akihabara than list
price (plus you don't have to pay shipping charges) so I've been using
that route rather than ordering directly.
