It's really too bad, that they are too busy...it's this type of support and customer service that will push new Linux users right back into the MS world, where the people at RedHat would have you believe is hell. I'm getting a little fed up, and have already contacted others like Caldera, and Walnut Creek. I really like the features of RedHat, but they obviously don't like or care for their customers. I guess I should go easy on them, since they're probably hacking out the 4.3 kernel that they will probably release when people find all the bugs in 4.2.
