I've got one of these as well. Yeah, resolution isn't great, but you
can grab pictures in the oddest situations...

I've had a hell of a time getting the Sharp IrDA gizmo to work. The
driver seems to be installed OK, but it never sees anthing from the
Zaurus. I ended up getting the serial connnect for my desktop.

Using a ThinkPad with buildin IrDA, it works fine.

Most likely not. There does not seem to be very much info on the Color
Z. yet. For the old ones, you can write your own programs etc.
