That option no longer exists in 4.0b2 The entire Preferences
tree has been rewritten. I went all over the toolbar - there are
no options for clearing memory or the cache.

I also failed to mention that 4.0b2 continues the 3.0 Gold
HTML editor complete with templates. Geeze, they threw everthing
but the sink into this one.
