-------------------------------------------------------- tlug note from Jim Tittsler <jwt@example.com> -------------------------------------------------------- I was at Akihabara this afternoon and noticed that Platform (Wakamatsu Bldg, 4th floor, across the narrow street from the main Laox Computer store) has dropped the price on the 8 CD Yggdrasil Winter 1997 set (that includes the "free" part of the RedHat 4.0 distribution for i386, sparc, and alpha) to Y1580. I may have just found out why... I notice the mirrors now have a redhat-4.1 directory. Still the disc set is a bargain if you want to get started before the official 4.1 discs show up in the shops. ----------------------------------------------------------------- a word from the sponsor will appear below ----------------------------------------------------------------- The TLUG mailing list is proudly sponsored by TWICS - Japan's First Public-Access Internet System.
