I'm having problems with a MO drive. I previously had it working, but it seems to lose the partition table. I added an ext2 filesystem to it and it worked. Is this necessary? However, on my next boot, it didn't work. This is the error message: ic7xxx: Target 6, channel A, now synchronous at 5.0MHz, offset(0x8). Vendor: DELTIS Model: MOS321 Rev: 3.60 Type: Optical Device ANSI SCSI revision: 02 Detected scsi removable disk sda at scsi0, channel 0, id 6, lun 0 scsi : detected 1 SCSI disk total. However, this means that I loose my data. Am I doing something wrong?
