You don't need to "expect" the ATDT string back from your
provider... especially since you seem to be expecting back
a different string than the one you are sending.

I would suggest
send            expect
ATDT7739080     CONNECT
""              ogin:        (send null string, the two "expects"
                              help in debugging and reset the timeout)
username        word:        (don't know about this, just guessing
password                      what your service prompts for next)
