Dear Friends,I am the owner of the site for the online Digital Dictionary of Buddhism (DDB; buddhism-dict.net). Based on some advice from members of TLUG 15 years or so ago, our site is hosted with Linode. The original maintainer of the site, Michael (now passed way), had set us up with CentOS 7. We haven't had any problems with that, but we have been running as http rather than https, and we have pressure now to upgrade. It seems like in doing so, it is advisable to update the OS. Both CentOS 7 and 8 are already E0L, so we're thinking about doing a clean install of CentOS 9 (although we're open to other distributions). Does anyone have any advice regarding this move?Regards, Chuck --------------------------- A.
