I've got my own list of Books To Gid Rid Of, a fraction of which are actually worth preserving. I'd actually like to send them to archive.org to scanning and digital lending, but last I checked they could only receive them in the U.S., and I couldn't think of any reasonably priced way to ship them there. But perhaps that's changed, or someone has an idea about how to deal with that?

Failing that, I suppose it's time I get my butt in gear and go back again to one of the ¥100/volume scan shops here that take the books, rip off the spines, scan them, send you the PDF, and destroy the original. If anybody's interested in talking about that kind of thing, poke me privately.

Anyway, Joe, I've sent you the list of stuff I'm interested in.
