The one time I tried this it worked, but the installed Windows was not
OEM, it was from Microsoft (I was in the beta program, this was just
about the time that open source OSes became a real option).  Although
that was a long time ago, I suspect that would still work.  Microsoft
does work pretty hard on compatibility.
