[tlug] Wi-SUN power meters/SDR

Moin tlug,

I played with a SoftwareDefinedRadio (SDR) device,
seems like my Tepco power meter is transmitting the metrics
via Wi-SUN.

There is a defined way for customers to also get these metrics:
customers can request Bルート credentials, and with these use
commercially available devices like 
https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B07N1C59LS or 
USB-stick devices, which will read the metrics.

Should actually also be possible to do this with a SDR
device directly.. someone having done research into this
direction?
