I've been to one session here in Hong Kong and it was "ok". But, it's easy to get someone into it. But at some stage, you have to think of something when they've reached the next level. Or, what do you do when you have a room full of people from different backgrounds. Let the experienced programmers help the beginners? Yes, that's one way...but that's not too much fun in the long run... At least, that's why I only went once. Ray
