I've used BBB and like it, but is this a system where we can set up and run
the meeting ourselves, or do we have to co-ordinate with some owner or
admin on that server? (It looks like the latter; I can't see any way from
that page for me to set up a videoconference.)

Given that people can be randomly disconnected due to local problems on
their end, have to go away suddenly, or whatever, I think we'd want a
system where several TLUG attendees have the authority to start a meeting,
do any admin necessary on it, etc.

Jitsi does sound like it gives us that.
